Recently, the disgraced, bewildered, and befuddled poker forum owner Todd Witteles, aka Dan Druff, who won a WSOP Bracelet for limit hold-em approximately 20 years ago, exploded in a very public meltdown over revelations about him and his failing forum, Poker Fraud Alert, published on Six Toed Pete.

Accordingly, for some hard truths, let’s explore what’s been reported about Todd Witteles’ lies and threats, including those told to me, the FBI, the poker community, and the California Tax Collection Department.

Todd threatened to pay one of his forum members to harass and stalk me online. He also threatened to publish of all my personal, private information on his failing poker website, Poker Fraud Alert.

Here’s what a Todd Witteles meltdown looks like:

“…I will allow any and all personal information related to him to be posted on this site. I am not going to post it myself, but I am not going to stop it if someone else does.”

The craven Witteles won’t even do his own dirty work. Todd continued:

“I have five crisp $100 bills here that I have earmarked for an SEO job for the name “Chuck Rosseel”. It will be about cash gifting and many other fun subjects. I will not be producing these SEO’d websites, but instead will send the $500 to a third party to spend as he sees fit. Furthermore, I have another $300 ready to prepay for 5 years of bluehost to host these sites, which will also be forwarded to this third party. Once this person has the money, they will be told they can do what they want, regardless of any truce you and I make in the future. It will be out of my hands.”

Can you believe this guy? Witteles has published his complicity in a potential crime he is threatening to initiate! Todd is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Harassment And Stalking

In fact Todd Witteles and his forum friend and podcast co-host John Sepulveda (aka Jasep aka JohnnySep) have already harassed and stalked me online. They also encouraged others to put up fake websites, doctored photos and videos about me and my family.

I have written about their despicable actions here, here, and here. I shut down John Sepulveda’s poker forum, Vegas Poker Radio Forum, for this exact type of harassment. I also initiated legal action, which resulted in the removal of all the fake websites and phony videos.

Therefore Todd Witteles is now threatening to restart his campaign of hate and harassment against me and my family. Todd would be wise to check with his friend Jasep to learn how such behavior worked out for him.

If Todd Witteles and his hired cyber stalkers violate the law concerning my rights and privacy, I will defend myself to the full extent of criminal and civil law.

I laughed at Witteles’ mention of a “future truce” and how it won’t matter. The guy is delusional. He might wish and hope for a “truce” but there is no such thing as a truce when one is reporting truth and facts. My only goal is to warn others about the scams, frauds, and criminal activity that occur too often on Poker Fraud Alert.

Todd Witteles is incompetent as the self-appointed “Poker Fraud Alert Czar”. Todd is a liar who actually fostered, promoted, and vouched for the many scams run on Poker Fraud Alert and Vegas Poker Radio. He didn’t know it beforehand, but as the Poker Fraud Alert leader, a little research could have saved him much embarrassment.

Todd Witteles Uses Multiple Dupe Accounts, Even One For The Tax Man?

The Todd Witteles meltdown seemed rooted in an earlier mention of my “Dupe Squad” research help, when I wrote about the staggering number of PFA members who have defrauded and scammed so many innocent members of the poker community and beyond.

What Todd doesn’t understand is that although I did call it my squad, I didn’t initiate or recruit those dupe accounts. They were current or former PFA members who happily and independently sent me information. I never solicited their information.

I have no interest in joining PFA under my real name or a dupe. That site is dying. Todd has no leverage or bargaining power to secure a “truce” because I have zero interest or desire to join the Poker Fraud Alert forum. However, Todd’s concern about dupe accounts is ironic and hypocritical.

Todd has often used dupe accounts. Recently, he admitted that he posted for years at Two Plus Two Poker Forum using the dupe account, “Toilet Bowl. He also has used the dupe account, “Action Jackson” to post on Full Contact Poker Forum to defend himself after he behaved like a jackass during televised coverage of the WSOP.

His former business partner has revealed that Witteles used a dupe account to post a nude picture of a famous poker player’s private parts, and that same ex-partner accused Todd Witteles of lying to the FBI during another poker scandal. Todd claimed he really didn’t lie to federal authorities. He claimed he didn’t tell them the entire truth.

Todd has also frequently hidden his identity to harass unsuspecting people over the phone. He then records and broadcasts these conversations without permission. Todd Witteles has also been accused of using a dupe account to file his taxes. Reportedly, Todd lived in California, a high personal income tax state, but claimed residency in Nevada, a state with no personal income tax. I know he was accused, but I don’t know if that’s true. If so, that’s a fascinating dupe account.

Todd Witteles Meltdown and Poker Forum Paranoia

I will continue to report the scams and frauds that occur on PFA, and I will use all reliable sources. I can go to Poker Fraud Alert right now and read anything I want for research. I just don’t want to register an account and partake in poker’s cesspool forum community. I’m not alone. PFA traffic and new membership have fallen precipitously.

Interestingly, several current and former PFA members live in my area. A couple of them live very close to me. Although my Poker Fraud Alert sources are from all parts of the country and the world (and will remain confidential), I find it hilarious that in his zeal to ban my IP, it appears Todd has banned some PFA members (real and dupes?) who just happen to have a geographical connection to me! He’s deleting other PFA member posts because he thinks I wrote them! Poker forum paranoia.

Here’s what Witteles wrote the other day while pulling his hair out:

“I thought about temporarily banning all Boston Verizon FIOS IPs, then I realized how crazy that was.”

Todd continued his meltdown with this gem:

“I decided that I am not going to give Chuckles the power to change the way I run this site, or cause me to ban hundreds of thousands of Boston FIOS customers.”

Don’t worry Todd, those hundreds of thousands of potential visitors to Poker Fraud Alert…?…Well, you built it, but they won’t come.

PFA Radio Cancelled Tonight

There are only seven visitors on Poker Fraud Alert Forum as I write this, Tuesday evening. Historically, Tuesday evening has been Poker Fraud Alert’s busiest traffic time because it’s the night Todd broadcasts the PFA podcast. However, few visit PFA anymore.

Todd’s co-host, John Sepulveda, left the show after I revealed he was a thief. Another co-host, Brandon “Drexel” Gerson, left because he has a conscience, and even regular co-host “Vwls” (aka “FckVwls” aka “RealFckVwls”), who scammed “ICFishies” out of $13,000, has left Todd’s podcast. Todd announced that tonight’s podcast has been cancelled.

Todd, there will be no truce. There will be justice and verity for all victims in the poker community and at large who have suffered from your lack of diligence in catching and banning John Sepulveda and PFA members who prey on the innocent.
