I wouldn’t want anyone to suffer the cyberstalking, defamation and harassment Todd Witteles has brought against me for several years. Part 2 of Todd Witteles Portrait Of A Cyberstalker.

It’s a coward’s game for sure but it’s important to understand Todd’s “reasons” or mindset for this egregious behavior.

His campaign of hate and harassment stems from a misguided sense of privilege that others do not have the right to criticize him. Perhaps this warped sense of entitlement is rooted in an inferiority complex. Often people with this problem feel inadequate in one area and use aggressive behavior to compensate.

Witteles has plastered my personal, private information online. Phone numbers, addresses, work information, photographs, my family members’ information and more…is all considered fair game to this disturbed cyberstalker.

Recently Todd stole my cable account information and published it online. He has harassed me and my family members with unwelcome phone calls and texts. He and his confederates have threatened to and have actually put up fake websites, fake video accounts, etc. to ridicule me.

What did I do to deserve this? I wrote a few articles critical of Todd Witteles’ failure as The Poker Fraud Alert Cop.

Those reports were fair, honest, truthful and thoroughly researched. Todd has failed to demonstrate how any of those articles were inaccurate. I challenge anyone to ask Witteles what is wrong with those articles? Why for over a year has Todd been unable to give examples of any mistakes in those articles? Why won’t anyone ask him these questions?

Todd’s way of dealing with criticism is to attack the critic instead of maturely debating the merits of the critical articles. In Todd’s mind I don’t have a right to free speech when the topic is Todd Witteles.

So to silence me Todd launched a cyberstalking campaign of lies, hate and ridicule then tried to bargain the cessation of the cyberstalking in exchange for the removal of honest, truthful articles about Witteles.

That’s what this is all about. Remove your truthful articles about me or I will continue to make your life a living hell. That is how Todd Witteles rolls.

Recently Todd spread the lie that I contacted thousands of his Twitter followers. I think he has only @1400 or so but I did not contact them all. I contacted only a few and here’s why.

A few weeks ago Todd posted a threat on his poker forum where he promised to email a list of my family, friends and contacts. He put a deadline on when the harassment would begin and posted a clock that was counting down to the launch.

How did he have my email contact list? Well, my password for his forum was the same password I used for my email. So that’s one possibility. Only Todd had access to that information. If you have a Poker Fraud Alert password that is the same as your email password…I recommend you change it.

I was genuinely worried about him harassing all my family members because I had received hate emails last year when Todd first published my private, personal information online.

I have several examples. Here are a couple. I have redacted some of the obscene language.

It’s from a doctored version of my name and lists a fake Yahoo account but when I look at the original email code I can see the last “received from” IP address. It was sent from Pomona, CA.

Here’s another one from the same area:

I don’t know if Todd Witteles sent those emails or caused another to do so but I know I received them along with others that were equally as vile when Todd first started bothering me online.

Recently Todd threatened to email my close personal contacts which includes all my family members so I was very worried and wanted him to stop his promised email campaign to those closest to me.

I had good reason to be concerned. Here’s a recent comment sent just a few days ago from the same IP address in Pomona, CA.

When Part 1 of this report came out Todd Witteles began bombarding me with Tweets from one of his Twitter accounts. He wanted to talk.

This is the man who only days before was repeatedly calling me with harassing spoof phone calls. He used an app to insert the private phone number of one of my family members so it would appear on my caller ID. He would laugh over the phone but refused to identify himself. I knew his voice so when he said nothing significant I hung up. He kept calling back to harass me.

Now, days later he wanted to talk? Sure. I don’t trust Todd Witteles. He has lied about me online and he has lied to me. I told him via Twitter that if he had a message, send it to my email. I knew he had that address.

Interestingly, Todd was afraid to email me from where he was. He asked to connect on Skype. I declined and told him to send his message to my email. He complained that email was too slow. I never received his “important” message in my email.

When Todd first called my brother, he was told not to contact him ever again. Todd posted a revisionist version of that call on his poker forum. It was a lie.

My brother did ask Todd why he was calling him? My brother told Todd that if I wrote something about him he was certain it was accurate. He told Todd that “if you have a disagreement with my brother, you picked a fight with the wrong guy…don’t ever contact me again”.

My brother told me Todd was nervous and mostly mumbled nonsense. Todd impressed my brother as a very weird person. The call ended with Todd stammering a request to have me remove my articles as Todd promised he would not contact him again.

He lied. The next evening Todd harassed my brother again. This time via text message.

I appreciate the positive comments and messages of support. Many PFA members have posted their disgust and dismay with Todd Witteles’ handling of this. I wish all would get the facts and chronology straight before forming an opinion.

People who condone Todd’s despicable actions after learning the truth behind his campaign of hate against me and so many others will soil their reputations just as Todd Witteles has tarnished his.
