Legal online poker website launches in Nevada. Las Vegas based Station Casinos Inc. subsidiary owned by Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta launched the first fully legal poker website in the United States this morning. Yes those are the two guys who own the UFC. Their online poker website is called Ultimate Poker. Read the AP, Boston Herald article here.

Massachusetts moves closer to approving online poker for Bay State residents. A Massachusetts state amendment creating the legislative authority to regulate online poker has been added to and approved as part of the preliminary 2014 Massachusetts fiscal budget.
